| Ingredients: equal quantities of scrubbed carrots & beetroot, chopped into chunks 1tsp toasted cumin seeds olive oil balsamic vinegar salt & pepper |
Method heat the oven to 200C. Warm a roasting tray in the oven. Meanwhile combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the veg into the hot sizzling tray and roast until brown and tender. |
