Product Description:
Spelt grain was used as early as the Iron Age and was used extensively by the Romans. It is a very light brown flour, with a typically nutty flavour. Spelt gluten is different from gluten found in standard wheat and many people suffering from wheat intolerance find they cope well with spelt. Milled at Whissendine Windmill in Rutland. 400g loaf.
