WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Lincoln and surrounding villages, Sleaford, Gainsborough, Epworth, Crowle, Scunthorpe, Market Rasen and everywhere inbetween. Contact us to check whether we cover your location.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Let us know a safe and sheltered place where we can leave your order (not greenhouses as these heat up rapidly once the sun comes out, even in mid winter). Chilled produce will be left in insulated boxes to keep cold until you return.
HAVE YOU GOT A FARM SHOP?
No, we would rather concentrate on our home delivery service, by keeping our eye on that particular ball we can keep our costs low.
WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
It's not that we're greedy, but we need to cover our costs, not just of getting the stuff to you, but of processing the order and getting the money in. Many of those costs are more or less the same whether your order is small or large, so we have to set a level at which those fixed costs don't make too much of a hole in the order value.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A BOX ?
No. Boxes offer the best value seasonal veg and you can swap up to two items to suit your taste but if you prefer to order individual items then that's absolutely fine by us.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay by Google checkout - they recently decided to stop accepting Maestro cards, we are looking at switching to Paypal, in the meantime if you have a Maestro card please get in touch about paying on delivery.
If you pay by card, we do not take payment until after delivery, so we can reduce the charge to take into account any shortages or price differences. Please be reassured that we cannot take more money than was originally authorised, so you're safe from us raiding your account!
WHY DO YOU USE GOOGLE CHECKOUT?
Mostly for your security and our peace of mind. If we go down the route of having a credit card terminal (like they have in shops) we have to make sure we keep your card details secure from physical and electronic snoopers, which is an onerous responsibility. With the likes of Google checkout we never see your card details so we can't have them stolen from us by the pond life that seem to inhabit the internet. So whatever else may keep us awake at night, it isn't that someone has nicked your identity from us.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICE?
Tell us as soon as possible so we can put things right, and also so we can improve the service (if we don't know about it we can't fix it).
WHAT IF I AM HAPPY WITH THE GOODS AND SERVICE?
Tell your friends, colleagues, people at the bus stop! It's the best (and freest) advertising there is.
